Black Bean Pork with Chilli Oil

Simple to make and very tastyBlack Bean Pork with Chilli Oil

Serves 4


* 450g (1 lb) minced pork
* 1 tablesp. oil 1 onion, finely chopped and sautéed
* ½ teasp. Chinese black beans, chopped and mixed with 2 cloves of chopped garlic or 2 tablesp. Black Bean Sauce
* 125ml (¼ pt) tomato juice
* 125ml (¼ pt) chicken stock
* 1 tablesp. Soy Sauce

To Cook


Sauté the mince in a very hot pan, add all other ingredients and simmer for 20 mins. until the sauce thickens. Taste for seasoning

Serving Suggestions

Add 4 portions of cooked pasta to the hot sauce and heat through. Serve with a drizzle of chilli oil and chopped coriander
